Eli's at home check up

The hospital that we delivered at offered an at home check up within the first week of being discharged. I was so happy that they offered this! I got very used to the hourly check ups that they made on both Eli and I while we were in the hospital! I was breastfeeding and wasn't sure Eli was getting "enough".  Eli was born at 6 lbs 3 oz (Thursday) and when we were discharged he weighed 5 lbs 13 oz (Saturday). Our at home check up was on Monday (just two days later). The nurse weighed Eli and told us that he was ALREADY at his birth weight! What a huge relief this was! It was also a precursor to how fast Eli would gain weight... :)
